A blend of 50% Roussanne and 50% Marsanne, from vines planted on granite soils and farmed biodynamically. The grapes were harvested by hand when fully ripe. Vinification: direct pressing, transfer into barrels that have seen several wines for fermentation and 12 months of maturation. The wine has completed its malolactic fermentation, just a tiny dose of sulphur in order to protect the wine.
