Aurélien’s 3rd vintage! Blend: 40% Grenache Noir, 60% Syrah. The vines are around 20 years old, grown on slightly sandy clay-limestone soils. Vines in the last year of conversion to organic and biodynamic viticulture. The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, 8 weeks of maceration, 12 months of maceration in stainless steel vats. Bottled in August 2020. No additives and above all no sulphur!
