100% Grenache from 60-year-old biodynamic vines planted on soils ranging from clay to marl, sand and pebbles. The grapes are harvested by hand, with sorting in the vineyard, and yields of 30 hl/ha. Vinification: the grapes are partially destemmed, followed by 15 days of maceration in cement vats, gentle pressing, and 12 months of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled on the estate without fining or filtration, and zero added sulphur.
