100% Ugni Blanc from about 30-year-old vines, grown organically and planted on a one-hectare plot in Saint-Laurent-des-Arbres, on loamy and clay soils. Manual harvesting, very small yields. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation and aging in 500-liter barrels for 8 months. Bottled at the estate in April 2024, micro-dose of sulfur (0.3 gr/hl) added before bottling. Neither fined nor filtered.
