A blend of Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Roussanne, from biodynamic young vines, planted on pebble soils of the Vallée du Rhône (we are on the same terroirs as the famous Lirac and Tavel). Manual harvest in crates at maturity. Natural vinification: indigenous yeasts, direct pressing, six months of ageing in stainless steel vats. Neither fined nor filtered, micro-dose of sulfur at bottling.
