A blend of 65% Grenache, 30% Syrah, and 5% Cinsault, sourced from 50-year-old vines, cultivated organically and pruned in goblet shape on sandy soils with pebbles, gravel, and limestone silt. Hand-harvested and vinified naturally, this is a primeur wine, so very short aging period at low temperatures in concrete tanks until bottling at the Domaine in late October 2024. It is neither fined nor filtered, with only a micro-dose of sulfur added.
