A blend of 65% young Syrah vines and 35% old Carignan vines planted in 1965, all on soils of large pebbles and harvested by hand. Vinification: full destemming, part of the Carignan macerates alone while the other part is vinified with the Syrah, gentle pressing, maturation in vats for 10 months before blending, and bottling in summer 2023 with just a microdose of sulphur.
