La Ferme Saint Martin
Powerful nose, almost viril, and yet very charming. With notes of red fruits and kirsch. Dense palate with a beautiful texture, slightly licorice and a hint of menthol. There structure is carried by silky tannins and a beautiful length.

Bottled without any added sulphur, without fining or filtration.
