A blend of various grape varieties and plots: 30% Carignan, 20% Grenache Noir, 20% Syrah, 20% Counoise, and 10% Mourvèdre, sourced from vines averaging 30 years old, cultivated organically on soils of rolled pebbles, limestone, and red clay.
