A blended cuvée made of 80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne, from organic-certified vines, also cultivated biodynamically, planted on slopes of marl and clay in the small town of Châteauneuf-sur-Isère. The grapes are hand-harvested at maturity. Vinification: gentle direct pressing in a pneumatic press, fermentation in concrete tanks, and aging for ten months—half in egg-shaped concrete tanks and half in wooden casks that have seen several wines. The wine was blended, filtered, and then bottled at the estate on the 30th of June 2022.

David Reynaud, today in his forties, took over the family estate in 2000, and from the beginning, wanted to convert the vineyard to biodynamics. In 2002, he stopped delivering his grapes to the cooperative, which was uninterested in his desire to improve his work methods!
