Nose carried by notes of black fruits, mainly blackberry and blackcurrant. Supple and fruity palate, the tannins are melted and accompany perfectly the juice until its finish on notes of soft spices. An "entry-level" that doesn't taste like one.

A blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault from young vines between 4 and 15 years old, grown organically and planted on clay-limestone soils in the commune of Suzette in the Vaucluse. Manual harvest with careful sorting of the grapes in the cellar followed by a total destemming. 10 days of maceration, soft pressing to preserve the fruit, 6 months of maturation in concrete vats. Bottled without any added sulfur, without fining or filtration.

Thomas Jullien, child of the 1983 vintage, is the head of Ferme Saint Martin, an estate perched at the highest point of the Beaumes de Venise appellation, in Suzette. This family vineyard, founded in 1964 by Thomas’ grandparents, Aimé and Yvonne, was converted to organic viticulture in 1998.
