A blended cuvée with a majority of Grenache Noir, complemented with a bit of Mourvèdre and Cinsault, from vines that are farmed organically and harvested by hand, with restricted yields. Vinification: whole grape bunches, carbonic maceration for about 12 days, then maturation of the wine for 9 months, 70% in vats and 30% in barrels that have seen several wines.
