Rhône Valley
A special collab between Pur Jus and Les Vignerons d'Estézargues! Raspberry, blackcurrant, flowers, aromatic herbs, a hint of mint... The palate is structured, the tannins are present without overpowering the fruit, coating and mouthfilling texture , with a raspberry jam finish.
Blend: 5 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre et 5% Carignan from vines grown organically and planted in the Côtes du Rhône Villages Signargues appellation on soils of clays and rolled pebbles. Manual harvest. Natural vinification with indigenous yeasts, maceration for three weeks in vats, at low temperature. Aged in vats for nine months, bottled just before Summer, without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
