Rebelle - 2022 - David Reynaud
Domaine Les Bruyères
A nose with notes of black fruit, blueberries... Palate: dense, firm texture, this is some serious juice, concentrated and full bodied, with a jammy finish.

Syrah from old vines over 60 years old, cultivated biodynamically, situated on a granite slope with a clay-loamy band. The vines are planted on a hillside using stakes, facing South-Southeast, at an altitude of 250 meters. Vinification: 100% destemming, around one month of maceration with punchdowns, and fermentation in raw concrete tanks. The wine is aged for 12 months in used demi-muids and then for another 12 months in diamond-shaped raw concrete tanks. Filtration and bottling took place on August 5th 2024, with a low dose of sulfur.
David Reynaud

In 2002, he stopped delivering his grapes to the cooperative, which was uninterested in his desire to improve his work methods! Since then, his wines have never ceased to gain in precision and complexity. In 2005, the 20 ha estate was certified...
