100% Syrah from young biodynamic vines planted in the commune of Bogy on granite soils, hand-harvested. Vinification: no over-extraction, ripe fruit, gentle pressing, aging in tanks. Filtered before bottling but unfined, bottled at the estate in spring with just a micro-dose of sulfur to protect the wine.
