A blend of 65% Grenache Noir, 20% Carignan, 10% Syrah, and 5% Counoise, sourced from old vines averaging 70 years, cultivated organically on sandy, loamy, and clay soils from the Cairanne terroirs: Les Granges, Les Travers, Charpier, and Le Meyeau. Hand-harvested with controlled yields, this wine undergoes natural vinification using indigenous yeasts, with a gentle maceration lasting 8 to 12 days. It is aged for 8 months in concrete tanks and bottled at the estate with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
