A nose of black fruits and spices, with floral notes. Palate: very beautiful structure, a mouth of ripe, velvety fruit, well-integrated notes of barrel maturation, and a long fruity finish. A powerful wine that will be elevated by a few months in your cellar.
A 100% Grenache cuvée, made from 70-year-old vines farmed organically and planted on slightly sandy, clayey-limestone soils, facing southwest. The grapes are handpicked and carefully sorted in the vineyard. Vinification: 100% destemmed, ten weeks of maceration in stainless steel vats, gentle pressing to preserve the fruit, long aging in those same stainless steel vats. Bottled without any additives, and above all no added sulphur!
