75% Grenache Noir and 25% Syrah from organic vineyards, the grapes were purchased from vines planted in Canet-en-Roussillon on deep sand and silt soils. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: two weeks of carbonic maceration for each of the two grape varieties, in whole bunches, blending of the grape varieties at the end of vinification. Aged in 500-liter barrels for 6 months, bottled at the estate during Spring. Unfined and unfiltered, with only a micro-dose of sulfur added during racking.
