A blend of Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc and Vermentino, from vines grown biodynamically and harvested by hand, sorted in the vineyard and in the cellar. Controlled yields. Irreproachable and faultless vinification: soft pressing of the whole clusters, 8 months of aging in vats on fine lees. Bottled by gravity, without filtration or fining.
