A trans-Pyrenean cuvée, as it is made from Yoyo’s three colors of Grenache (which are also part of the blend of KM31) blended with Salvador’s three colors Carignan from Celler Cosmic in Agullana, Southern Catalonia. A rather impulsive idea that emerged when tasting the different wines of both estates… Blending of the finished wines after a short maturation in vats, bottled at Celler Cosmic without filtration, fining or sulphur.
Laurence Manya-Krief is sincere, upright, and determined... Formerly a sales director in ready-to-wear fashion, at 35 years old she dropped her career for a life of vines.
