Gibraltar - 2022 - Jean Philippe Padié

Domaine Padié

Notes of candied cherry, mint, and a subtle hint of wood. The palate is smooth, crunchy, fruity, and fresh, with low tannins. Perfect for sipping while listening to "Gibraltar" by Abd al Malik, as Jean-Philippe suggests... truly a remarkable man in every way!

Soft pneumatic pressing, aged in 15 hl casks over winter, then in stainless steel tanks in spring. Bottled at the Domaine, without fining, lightly filtered on cellulose plates, with just a micro-dose of sulfur before bottling.
