A single-parcel cuvée, blend of 2/3 Grenache Gris and 1/3 Grenache Blanc. The vines are more than 60 years old, with grass cover between the rows. A natural winemaker, Bruno has his work cut out for him with his steep, terraced parcels. Composed mainly of schist soils, mechanised farming is impossible here, so Bruno can only use a horse for ploughing. Vinification: grapes are destemmed then matured in Tuscan amphorae for one week, pressed and returned again to amphorae until bottling in June. Zero sulphur added.
