100% Macabeu. From purchased grapes provided by Alice Gendron, from vines planted on schist soils. Viticulture and vinification are straightforward and natural; it’s above all about beautiful grapes picked at ideal ripeness. This white wine is primarily matured in vats, with 15 % in barrels. It is unfiltered, instead spending an extra month in vats to be naturally decanted before bottling; with a tiny dose of sulfur.
