Blend of Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc from organically grown vines, planted on a parcel of 80-year-old vines on a soil of gneiss and granitic sands. Manual harvest on the 20th and 21st of August 2024. Semi-carbonic maceration for 10 days in stainless steel tanks, soft pressing, short aging in barrels that have seen several wines, for three months. Unfined, unfiltered, just a micro-dose of sulphur at bottling (1 gr/hl).
