Le Rouge et le Blanc - 2023 - Cyril Fhal
Clos du Rouge Gorge
A fresh nose with notes of flowers, rose, small red berries, and the exotic aromatics of Muscat. On the palate, the profile is almost that of a white wine, with elegant structure and beautiful length. Fourth vintage for this cuvée and we keep loving it!

A blend of 75% Muscat Petits Grains and 25% Grenache Noir from vines farmed organically and planted in the Latour-de-France region. The grapes were purchased from winegrowers who share the same values. Vinification is natural and without additives: short maceration in whole clusters, pressing of the two grape varieties together, fermentations and aging in vats for 9 months, on the lees. Bottled without filtration or fining, just a microdose of sulphur.
