85% Tempranillo and 15% Merlot from 15-year old vines grown organically, this is a negociant cuvée, the grapes were bought to a friend of the winemaker. Manual harvest and natural vinification at Bruno's in Roussillon. Direct pressing, the fermentation started in vats, bottled with residual sugars in order to create the effervescence in the bottle (ancestral method). Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites.
