Clos du Rouge Gorge
The bright sun on the label is reflected in the glass: a warm, generous nose with notes of apricot, honey, tarte tatin, almond, and candied lemon... The palate echoes the nose with beautiful aromatic power, fine tannins, and a long finish.

Skin-contact Muscat Petits Grains from organically farmed vines. This cuvée was produced with grapes sourced from a like-minded grower in Latour-de-France. Hand-harvested by Cyril and naturally vinified: 10 days of maceration of Muscat, with a few Grenache berries from the Col du Loup parcel. Aged in vats and barrels, without new oak. Bottled at Clos du Rouge Gorge without fining, filtration, or any added sulfites (total SO2 < 10 mg/l).
Cyril Fhal
Cyril Fhal launched his 5-hectare estate in 2002 in Latour-de-France, just 5 km from Calce, home to numerous renowned winemakers. The young Parisian, his viticulture/oenology diploma in hand, had been on the look out for parcels in the region when he stumbled upon these old vines – between 50 and 100 years old – which no one wanted to work, because they were planted on steep slopes unsuitable...
