100% Xarel.lo from 60-year-old vines, grown organically and planted in the Penedès, in Spanish Catalonia. We are at Toni Carbo's of La Salada estate. Manual harvesting and natural vinification at Bruno's in Roussillon: five days of maceration of the whole bunches, aging in amphorae. Bottled in Spring 2024 without fining or filtration, without added sulphites. 600 bottles produced.
