Roussillon
Generous, sunny juice, blackberry, red plum, aromatic herbs, hint of smoke... The palate offers a lovely southern volume, and retains the character of the estate: accessible, highly drinkable, without fuss but with great pleasure.
A cuvée produced thanks to grapes purchased from organic vineyards, planted in the Côtes du Roussillon Villages Les Aspres appellation, and harvested by hand. Blend of 80% Mourvèdre and 20% Grenache Noir. Natural vinification: 15 days of maceration, pressing, 9 months of ageing in 600-liter barrels, without new oak. Bottled in July 2023, without fining or filtration, no sulfites added.
