A pink sparkling wine with notes of flowers, strawberry, white peach, morello cherry, pink berries... Thin bubbles, low alcohol content, delicate aromatic balance, on the edge.
A 100% Grolleau natural sparkling wine made of 100% Grolleau from organic vines grown on the Vignes de Babass estate in Rablay-sur-Layon, Loire Valley. Harvested by hand. Vinification: ancestral method, direct pressing at Babass before transporting the juices to Roussillon, start of the fermentation in vats, bottled with residual sugar in order to create the effervescence, 9 months of aging on laths. Unfined and unfiltered, disgorged in May 2024, without sulfur added.
