Tourbillon de la vie Rouge - 2022 - Jean Philippe Padié
Domaine Padié
An easy, light, highly fruity, crunchy and subtly tangy red with notes of strawberry and raspberry, cherry and a hint of balsamic. Supple and digestible on the palate, to be sipped while listening to Le Tourbillon by Jeanne Moreau, as Jean-Philippe told us!

90% Grenache Noir, 5% Syrah and 5% Cinsault from vines grown organically and planted on 70% clay-limestone and 30% clay-siliceous soils, with different exposures. Manual harvest in small crates. Vinification: one week of maceration of the whole bunches, without punch-down or pumping over, so more like an infusion, aging for 10 months in stainless steel vats. No fining, light filtration on a cellulose plate and a micro-dose of sulphur before bottling.
