A blend of Roussanne, Jacquère and Altesse grapes from vines grown organically, with a few principles of biodynamics, planted on south-southwest-facing slopes of limestone scree and glacial moraine. Harvested by hand between the 10th and the 25th of September. Direct pressing of the whole bunches, static cold settling, 60% aged in vats, 30% in old barrels and 10% in amphorae. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
