100% Gringet from organically farmed vines in Savoie, harvested by hand. Naturally vinified in Rotalier at Maylis: direct pressing, light settling, then two years of fermentation and aging in amphorae, topped up every two weeks. Bottled in August 2023, unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfur, followed by one year of bottle aging in the estate’s cellars.
