A "blouge", a blend of white (blanc) and red (rouge) grape varieties: 50% Chasselas blanc and Chasselas rose, 50% Gamay and Pinot Noir, the grapes come from organic vineyards planted in the Pays de Gex (close to Lake Geneva, on the French side). Harvesting was done by hand followed by a natural vinification: 8 days of maceration, pressing, 12 months of ageing in large barrels that have seen several wines, 4 months in fiber vats. Bottled in May 2022, without fining or filtration, no added sulfites.
