100% Gamay from organically farmed vines, planted on clay-limestone soils and hand-harvested. Natural vinification with no additives: total destemming, short five-day maceration before a gentle press. Aged 12 months in demi-muids, without new oak. Bottled on November 28, 2023, unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfites.
