A lovely New World Pinot Noir aged in barrel, with a fruity and indulgent profile, generous and supple. Notes of morello cherry, almond, coffee, and a touch of undergrowth. The palate is rich, spicy, and creamy. Decanting is recommended.

100% Pinot Noir from sustainably farmed vines planted in the Walker Bay region. Several plots contribute to this blend, made from high-quality fruit that Andrew Finlayson oversees throughout the year. Peter and Max were the original owners of the vines during the first vintage, and the name has been kept, even though the suppliers have changed. Vinification: 50% destemmed, four weeks of maceration, gentle extraction, native yeast fermentation, aged 11 months in barrels, unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfites.
