Causse Toujours - 2017 - Patrice Lescarret
Domaine Causse Marines
A wild wine! Animalesque! Aromas of black fruits and spices, with notes of violet and liquorice. On the palate: beautiful structure. A rare and wonderful cuvée, balancing power and rusticity, and highlighting just how well these two very complementary grape varieties blend.
