A blend of Merlot, Cabernet, Sémillon, Sauvignon, Malbec, Merille, Muscadelle, and Trebbiano, made from organically grown grapes sourced from seven different estates: Fontaine des Grives, Domaine de Bonvin, Joseph Collet, Dame Bertrande, Les Terrasses, Plumevin, and Lestignac. Natural vinification: direct press for all varieties except Merlot, which was infused in the fermenting juice. Aged for six months in concrete vats. Little to no added sulphur.
