The grapes were harvested by hand on the 8th of September, followed by direct pressing, two days of natural settling by gravity, and more than two years of maturation with three rackings. Bottled by hand and by gravity, from the 1st to the 5th December 2020, without any additives or sulphites. Just 182 bottles produced.
