A blended cuvée: 70% Petit Manseng and 30% Gros Manseng, from vines grown organically with biodynamic practices, planted on clay, silt, and gravel soils. Harvested by hand. Natural winemaking: direct pressing of the whole clusters, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and 24 months of aging in large casks, without new oak. Bottled at the Domaine without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.
