A blended cuvée of Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Chardonnay and Sémillon, from around 20-year-old vines grown on clay-limestone slopes. Wine certified organic. Vinification: direct pressing, half destemmed, half whole bunches, fermentation in concrete tanks. Matured on lees in concrete vats, for 6 months. Neither fined nor filtered, just a tiny bit of sulphur.
