A wine with floral and exotic fruit notes. The palate is full and rich, yet also fresh. Overall, a juice with lovely tonicity and just the right balance.
A white, dry Gaillac wine, composed of the following grape varieties: 50% Mauzac, 20% Loin-de-l'oeil, 20% Muscadelle and 10% Chenin and Sémillon. The vines are 50 years old and are farmed biodynamically, certified organic and biodynamic by Demeter, and planted on a limestone plateau. All the vines are planted contiguously around the estate. Vinification: direct pressing, slow fermentation in vats, aging in those same vats before a bottling at the estate. Just a microdose of sulphur.
Patrice Lescarret threw himself body and soul into this estate in the commune of Vieux, near Gaillac, in 1993.
