A négoce cuvée made from organically grown grapes sourced from Lulu and Marc of Piliers des Terrasses in Sigoulès, south of Bergerac. A blend of 60% Cabernet Franc, 20% Malbec, 15% Sauvignon Blanc, and 5% Muscadelle, from vines on clay-limestone soils, harvested by hand. Natural vinification, once again a mix of three methods: carbonic maceration, infusion, and destemmed maceration. Brief aging in concrete vats to capture the fruit, little to no sulfur.
