100% Merlot from 60-year-old vines, organically farmed on pure white limestone at the top of the slope. Hand-harvested, with tiny yields of just 6 hl/ha. Vinification: destemmed, two weeks of maceration in concrete vats, one year of aging in 225L barrels (no new oak), then two years in clay amphora. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites.
