The grape is barely hidden in the name—this Duras cuvée comes from old vines grown organically and biodynamically on limestone-rich Causse soil. Harvested by hand, natural vinification process, though beware, Patrice keeps his secret recipes close to his chest! Over three weeks of maceration, gentle pressing, long aging in barrels (5-6 vintages), and a bit in tanks. Refined in tanks before bottling at the Domaine. Unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites.
