Notes of blackberry, violet, pink pepper, and a subtle hint of licorice; the nose gradually opens up to a fine balsamic note. The palate is ample and supple, round with a lovely volume, soft tannins, and a long aromatic finish characteristic of the grape, culminating in a fruity finale.

100% Malbec from 30-year-old vines, cultivated organically and planted on clay and silica soils with iron-rich minerals and limestone rocks. The parcel belongs to Château d'Audhuy in Cahors. Harvested on September 25, 2023, natural vinification: total destemming, two days of cold maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation, gentle maceration with a few pump-overs, pressing, and seven months of aging in stainless steel tanks. Bottled with a low dose of sulfur (35 mg/l of total SO2).
