Skin Contact - 2024 - Fabien Jouves
Mas del Périé
Nice complexity on the nose, with notes of grapefruit, orange, apricot, passion fruit, honey, almond, a hint of minerality. Luscious palate, integrated thin tannins, finish on fine bitters. This is some hot stuff, and even more for the price!

Blend of Gros Manseng, Ugni Blanc, Muscat d'Alexandrie and Colombard, from vines grown organically and planted on different parcels, showing clay-limestone soils. Manual harvest. Natural vinification: total destemming, one month of maceration of the berries in stainless steel tanks, soft pressing, 6 months of aging in concrete tanks. Bottled at the Estate without fining nor filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
