Two winemakers, two grape varieties from either side of the Massif Central, brought together in this bottle. 50% Malbec from 35-year-old vines planted in Cahors on the Rozière and Les Reclops parcels with limestone soils, and 50% Syrah from 30-year-old vines on the clay-limestone soils of the Arlettes parcel. Organic farming, manual harvest. Natural vinification at Fabien Jouves' cellar, 11 months of aging in concrete tanks, bottled at the Domaine after tangential filtration, with 2g/hl of sulfur added at bottling.
