Powerful and incredibly complex nose, with notes of blackberry syrup, blueberry, aromatic herbs, violet... Palate: a dry juice carried by tannins that are still a bit tight, a concentrated palate without any astringency. Long finish on black fruits.

100% Touriga Nacional, a Portuguese grape variety that usually goes into the blend of Port, from vines grown organically and planted in the small town of Lissac-sur-Couze. Manual harvest on September 11th and 12th. Maceration in whole crushed bunches until October 28th, 2019. Soft pressing, 14 months of aging in stainless steel vats. Only 63 bottles produced, bottled by gravity in December 2021. Not fined, not filtered, without added sulphites.
Didier Mouton
Didier Mouton is a vigneron in the Corrèze region of south-western France. There, since 2001, he has owned a micro-estate, and since 2006, vinifies his own wines. With a little more than 1 hectare, producing 800 bottles a year, we are talking here about an impassioned gardener.
