A 100% Mauzac cuvée, made primarily with Mauzac Rose, from 70-year-old vines, farmed biodynamically, certified organic and biodynamic by Demeter, and planted on a limestone plateau. All the vines are planted contiguously around the estate. Hand-harvested, naturally vinified, though Patrice keeps the details shrouded in mystery. Direct pressing, aged in old barrels. Bottled at the Domaine with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
